Drove efforts to complete acquisitions of ABA/autism intervention companies identified by management of a $300M mid-Atlantic company.

Helped craft an acquisition strategy for the CEO of a California-based $225M autism intervention company to develop an acquisition strategy for the Company’s investors and Board of Directors, as well as identify leading candidates, establish contact and rapport with those companies’ owners.

Led acquisition efforts into new geographies and new lines of business for a $1.8B provider of I/DD and traumatic brain injury services. Identified candidates, established and rapport with owners and brought dozens to the table. New lines of business included pediatric occupational, physical and speech therapy practices.

Have also sourced acquisition opportunities with hospice, home health and addiction treatment companies.

Education:

MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management (triple major in Management Strategy, Marketing and Organizational Behavior). Graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program and a BA in Economics with honors from St. Lawrence University.
